HENRY VIII

This committee revolves around England after the War of the Roses, under the rule of Henry VIII, where delegates will manage relations with other nations, while also maintaining their connection to the Catholic Church. Delegates will debate and create policies regarding England at the time to lead into its golden era, or into its downfall.

This committee is a Crisis Committee where delegates take on the role of a character instead of a country and debate in a fast-paced small-size committee room. Delegates use power plays, espionage, diplomacy, storytelling, and imagination to achieve their character's secret motives and perhaps solve some world issues along the way. â€‹

McMaster sits on the traditional territory shared between the Haudenosaunee confederacy and the Anishinabe nations, which was acknowledged in the Dish with One Spoon wampum belt. That wampum uses the symbolism of a dish to represent the territory, and one spoon to represent that the people are to share the resources of the land and only take what they need.
